Located just 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix, Camelback Mountain is one of Phoenix’s more popular hikes peaking to a 1,420 feet summit overlooking stunning views of the city. Although you wouldn’t expect it, the desert comes alive in the springtime when the plants turn into a blanket of colorful blooms.

Hiking possibilities are endless: from the red butte formations in Papago Park, to Echo Canyon Trail, Cholla Trail, Mormon Trailhead, South and North Mt. Park and Sonoran Preserve to name a few.
